Apartment for rent on the penultimate floor. The low height of the floor led to the decision not to lower the ceilings in all rooms, except for the bathrooms. To watching the beautiful sunsets from a bird's eye view, it was decided to organize a plywood bench along the walls with windows in the living room and the master bedroom. In continuation of the constructivist architecture of the building, plywood, concrete, stone, leather, metal, and glass were chosen as the main materials. It was decided to leave the constructive pylon and some walls in the common area in rough plaster to give the effect of brutality to the interior.
